What I ate: July 18, 2017

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. With a homemade buttermilk biscuit (previously frozen).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Cooked and froze 2 pounds of bacon.

Lunch: Denny's kale salad: "Fried chicken, feta cheese, dried cranberries and honey roasted sliced almonds on top of fresh chopped kale and tossed with our Sweet & Tangy dressing."

Snack: 1.0 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips.


Dinner: KFC chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, and gravy, a piece of fried chicken from lunch, and a side of kale salad.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.4 lbs.
