What I ate: July 4, 2017

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. With a homemade buttermilk biscuit (previously frozen).

Lunch: Brooks barbecued chicken, coleslaw and potato salad. And a Switchback Ale.

Vacuum sealed and froze the leftover steak.

Snack: 0.5 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips.

Dinner: Bratwurst and sauerkraut, potato salad and cole slaw. And a Switchback Citra-Pils.

Dessert: A slice of apple pie and ice cream.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.4 lbs.
