What I ate: August 27, 2017

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a Lender's plain frozen bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.


Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday.


Made a batch of pickled jalapeƱos.


Made poolish and soaker for homemade whole wheat bagels.They'll be formed Monday and boiled and baked Tuesday.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.


Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese croissant. And a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing.


Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts.


Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry. And 2 glasses of Bota Box malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 131.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.2 lbs.
