Veggie beef with scallions and bean sprouts


This was good. It's basically beef with bean sprouts and scallion stir-fry but made with veggie beef substitute, in this case Gardein home style beefless tips.


I made it with 90 grams of tips, microwaved for 30 seconds from frozen, then cut in half.


Heat a sauté pan with olive oil. Cook the white parts of the scallions for a minute. Add the veggie beef and cook for a few minutes.

Add the bean sprouts and cook for a minute.

Add the green parts of the scallions and cook for a minute.

Season with garlic powder, freshly ground black pepper, vegetarian stir-fry sauce and soy sauce. Serve with rice.
