Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog on a whole wheat bun, Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips and a Leinenkugel's Märzen.

Made a meatloaf and gravy. Vacuum sealed and froze 4 servings.

Dinner: Beef and zucchini lasagna, a slice of homemade bread (previously frozen) and a glass of Bota Box malbec.
