What I ate: September 9, 2017

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad croissant with potato chips.

Made a Beef and zucchini lasagna.

Made a batch of grilled chicken breast tenders, vacuum sealed and frozen.

Made a batch of taco seasoned ground beef.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips.

Dinner: Crushed hamburger with spinach.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.0 lbs.
