Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Cheeseburger and cole slaw at Killington, Vermont. And 2 Fiddlehead IPA beers.

Dinner: Japanese-style curry and a glass of Bota Box malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.2 lbs.
