What I ate: July 7, 2018


Made a batch of Japanese-style beef curry.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.



Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog on a whole wheat bun, Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips, and a Switchback Ale.


Snack: Tortilla chips, 7-layer dip, and cheese and crackers.

Dinner: Brooks barbecue chicken.


And a slice of blueberry pie.


Weight at beginning of the day: 130.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.2 lbs.
