What I ate: August 22, 2018

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla.


Started the fermentation step for a batch of homemade kimchi. This is a batch of the regular variety, not the super spicy.


Made a batch of homemade pickled jalapeños.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Snack: Some cashews.

Dinner: Fried chicken and potato salad.


Weight at beginning of the week: 130.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.2 lbs.
