What I ate: August 26, 2018

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday.

Made a meatloaf and gravy. Vacuum sealed and froze 4 servings.

Cooked pork for stir-fry in the sous vide. Vacuum sealed and froze 9 packages of 2.8 oz. each.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

And, later, peanuts and beef jerky.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad croissant and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a half glass of Pomelo New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Snack: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar and almonds.

Dinner: Steak and corn. And a glass of Bota Box malbec.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.6 lbs.
