What I ate: August 5, 2018

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday.


Cut, vacuum sealed, and froze the eye of round roast beef I cooked in the sous vide yesterday. 2x sliced for dinner (4.0 oz. each) and 5x diced for stir-fry (2.8 oz. each).


Cooked and froze 2 pounds of bacon. And ate 3 slices of bacon.


Lunch: Soppressata English muffin sandwich and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.


Dinner: A delicious jerk chicken taco from Ty's Taco-ria and an IPA.


And a chocolate banana langue de chat from my Bokksu snack box.


Weight at beginning of the day: 130.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.2 lbs.
