Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 1/2 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin.

Brunch: Ham and cheese omelette, hash browns, and wheat toast at Denny's in Vestal, New York, with Dad.

Snack: Cashews.


Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry. And a glass of Bota Box malbec.
