What I ate: September 23, 2018

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday.

Roasted and eye of round roast beef. I did it in the oven this time instead of sous vide. It was kind of expensive, $17.43 for a 2.91 lb. roast, but it makes a lot of meals!

3x servings for dinner (5.0 oz. each), 4x servings for stir-fry (2.8 oz. each), and 2x servings for sandwich (3.0 oz. each).

And 3 packages of gravy, 5.0 oz. each.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

And, later, trail mix and peanuts.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip. And a Woodchuck cider.

Dinner: Homemade pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms and a glass of Bota Box malbec.

Weight at beginning of the week: 131.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
