What I ate: October 25, 2018


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 1.0 oz. arare, Japanese rice crackers. That's half of a smaller inner bag.



Snack: The rest of the rice crackers.

Dinner: Chicken and broccoli stir-fry I was going to have spicy peanut chicken and broccoli but my sauce went bad! And a glass of Fernlands New Zealand sauvignon blanc.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.4 lbs.
