What I ate: October 29, 2018

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, some peanuts and beef jerky.


Snack: 0.9 oz. cashews.

Dinner: Chicken and cheese enchiladas and a Sauza Hornitos tequilla.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
