Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary. And, later, 1.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.


Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger and tater tots.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.



And 2 glasses of Banfi Chianti classico 2014.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.4 lbs.
