What I ate: November 19, 2018

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.

Lunch: Bacon, and lettuce sandwich and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.


Snack: 2.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.

Dinner: Beef with snow peas stir-fry. And a glass of Chianti.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.6 lbs.
