Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.


Lunch: Veggie chicken patty sandwich and waffle cut sweet potato fries.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.


Dinner: Turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, and gravy. Previously vacuum sealed and frozen.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.4 lbs.
