What I ate: December 17, 2018

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And a piece of multigrain toast with butter.


Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich at the Peak Lodge at Killington and 2 Fiddlehead IPA.


Snack: 2 Fiddlehead IPA.

Dinner: Rack of lamb special at Preston's at the Killington Grand Hotel, a salad, and 2 glasses of Pinot Noir.


Weight at beginning of the day: 130.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: ???
