What I ate: December 19, 2018

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.


Snack: Peanuts and beef jerky.

Dinner: Steak salad with 3.2 oz. rib eye steak, green leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini, croutons, and Annie's Tuscany Italian dressing. And a half glass of Biasiotto Cabernet Franc, Italy, 2017 from Vinebox.


Weight at beginning of the day: 133.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.
