What I ate: December 21, 2018

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze a strip steak.


Grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze chicken breast tenders.


Sautéed, vacuum sealed, and froze chicken. I use this for Spicy peanut chicken and broccoli.


Lunch: Clam chowder (10 oz.) and baguette. And a half glass of Maison Darragon Vouvray, France, 2017 from Vinebox.


Snack: Peanuts and beef jerky.

Dinner: Crushed hamburger with spinach and rice. And a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.6 lbs.
