What I ate: December 22, 2018

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary. And, later, 1.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.

Snack: A frozen hash brown. This was pretty good. The label says 120 calories, but it might be a little more because I deep fried it (2 minutes at 360°F from frozen) instead of baking it.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers (the rest of the bag).


Dinner: Ham, baked ziti, mac and cheese, green beans, and roll with Jan, Steve, Bun, and Dad at the lake. And some more. And a few glasses of Bota Box Cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
