What I ate: December 24, 2018

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.



Snack: Shrimp cocktail.


Dinner: Turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, and gravy. Previously vacuum sealed and frozen. And a glass of Prophesy New Zealand sauvignon blanc.


Dessert: Eggnog. Turns out this small 14 oz. container of eggnog is supposed to be 4 servings so with added brandy it's around 1000 calories. Oops!


Weight at beginning of the day: 131.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.4 lbs.
