What I ate: December 25, 2018

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And a piece of multigrain toast with butter. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Made a small batch of Cranberry and orange muffins. And I had one muffin.

Lunch: Spicy Carrot Ginger Soup and baguette. And a half glass of Préjugés Langudeoc, France, 2017, from Vinebox.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.


Dinner: Roasted pork, rice, green beans.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.6 lbs.
