What I ate: December 26, 2018

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla. And a mimosa.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Lunch: Tofu, rice, and carrot salad (new post). This was good!


Snack: Trail mix and peanuts.

Dinner: Pot roast. I tried a slightly different preparation method that didn't quite work, but it still has a good flavor! And a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Dessert: An apple butter financier from Bokksu.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.2 lbs.
