What I ate: December 28, 2018

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla. And a mimosa.

Started fermenting a batch of Homemade kimchi.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.

Lunch: Tofu, rice, and carrot salad. I had this two days ago, but it was good!

Snack: Crackers and horseradish cheddar.

Made a half batch of pomegranate chili sauce.


Dinner: Roasted duck breast with pomegranate chili sauce. With mashed potatoes. And a half glass of Chateau Frédignac Bordeaux France 2015 from Vinebox.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.2 lbs.
