What I ate: December 3, 2018

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.

Lunch: Calabrese Salame English muffin sandwich with with goat cheese and baby kale (updated post) and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.


Snack: Peanuts and beef jerky.


Weight at beginning of the day: 131.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.
