What I ate: December 31, 2018

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix.

Dinner: Cheese fondue. With baguette, apple, and celery. And a glass of Kim Crawford New Zealand sauvignon blanc.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.4 lbs.
