What I ate: December 6, 2018


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Wild West Omelette ("Three-egg omelette with diced ham, fire-roasted bell peppers & onions, jalapeƱos and melted American cheese. Served with hash browns and choice of bread") at Denny's in Vestal, NY, with Dad.


Dinner: Crushed hamburger and rice.


And a half glass of La Paria Languedoc, France, 2017 from Vinebox. It was good.


Weight at beginning of the day: 131.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.4 lbs.
