Lunch: Panera cheddar broccoli soup (8.0 oz.) and baguette. And a half glass of Chateau Gillet white Bordeaux, France, 2017 from Vinebox.

Snack: Crackers with peppered goat cheese.

Dinner: Chicken paprika. And a half glass of Anie d'Ange Domaine Coustarret Juran├žon, France 2016 from Vinbox.
