What I ate: January 9, 2019

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, peanuts and trail mix.

Lunch: Taco salad.


Snack: Some peanuts. And later, some cashews.

Dinner: Pork chops in garlic spinach cream sauce (new post). And a half glass of Kim Crawford New Zealand sauvignon blanc. This was good!


Weight at beginning of the day: 131.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.4 lbs.
