Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Lunch: Clam chowder and a baby kale Caesar salad.


Snack: Popcorn with butter and salt.


Dinner: Steak and baked potato. And a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 129.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.8 lbs.
