Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Dinner: Ricotta and cheese cannelloni with marinara. This is just a frozen entree, but it's low-carb and it was good!

Dessert: 65 grams of Halo Top peanut butter cup (80 calories).

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.0 lbs.
