What I ate: June 20, 2019


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. With green leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 1.6 oz. grilled chicken, and Drew's Romano Caesar dressing.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix.

Dinner: Barbecued chicken and coleslaw. And a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 128.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.8 lbs.
