Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix.


Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich and Kettle Chips wasabi ranch potato chips.


Dinner: Chicken Florentine (with green beans instead of penne) at Jay's Place in Oneonta, NY with Jan, Steve, and Dad.


Weight at beginning of the day: 127.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.0 lbs.
