What I ate: August 1, 2019

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. Curiously, one of my Low-carb sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches came with two sausage patties in the past. I had saved the extra one and used it in my regular breakfast sandwich today.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 3 seaweed sesame crisps and some dry roasted edamame.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad croissant and Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix.

Dinner: Roast beef, rice, gravy and broccoli. And a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 128.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.8 lbs.
