What I ate: August 17, 2019


Marinated the pork for miso marinated pork and vacuum sealed the pork roast for sous vide pork.


Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze ground beef.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Cooked the pork roast in the sous vide, 90 minutes at 155°F. Diced, vacuum sealed and froze 4x 2.8 oz. and 1x 1.8 oz.


Lunch: Steak salad. With 2.8 oz. spieidie marinated grilled steak, red leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepperoncini, and Annie's Tuscany Italian dressing.


Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box malbec (twice the amount pictured).


Dinner: Miso marinated pork, green beans, and rice.


Weight at beginning of the day: 130.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
