What I ate: August 25, 2019

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday. I forgot to take a picture but it looked just like last week.

Made the dough and formed a batch of homemade whole wheat bagels.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Lunch: Fish sandwich and onion rings (80 grams).

Boiled and baked the homemade whole wheat bagels. Normally I let the dough retard in the refrigerator overnight, but I wanted to get the bagels baked today.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Jarred and refrigerated the kimchi.

Dinner: Tuna sashimi, rice, and daikon. And cold sake.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
