What I ate: August 6, 2019

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a half piece of multigrain toast with butter.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 4 sesame seaweed crisps and dry roasted edamame.

Lunch: Taco salad.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix. And some more peanuts and cashews.

Dinner: Spicy green beans with pork. This is basically my spicy green beans, but with 2.8 oz. pork to make a meal out of it. And a half glass of Fernlands New Zealand sauvignon blanc.


Weight at beginning of the day: 128.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.8 lbs.
