Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a half piece of multigrain toast with butter.

Lunch: Quiche Lorraine and a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing.

Dinner: Street Noodle #1 (rice noodles, Thai fried chicken, bok choy, bean sprouts, cilantro) at Noodlehead in Pittsburgh, PA. This was really good!

Lunch: Reheat of yesterday's salmon BLT leftovers. I separated and refrigerated the leftovers yesterday. The most important part is to keep the bread from getting soggy.

I reheated the bread in the toaster, the French fries in the deep fryer, salmon in the microwave, and added fresh lettuce, tomato, and mayo. And a Switchback Ale.

Roasted an eye of round roast beef. Vacuum sealed and froze 3x 4.4 oz. servings sliced for dinner and 7x 2.8 oz. servings diced for stir-fry. And made 3x 5.0 oz. servings of gravy.
