What I ate: September 28, 2019


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Started a batch of homemade hot pepper vodka.


Snack: 4 sesame crisps and some dry roasted edamame and habanero chickpeas.


Lunch: Cheese and jalapeƱo hot dog and Kettle Chips chile verde potato chips. And a Switchback Ale.


Cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits with Cabot seriously sharp cheddar.


Dinner: Smokehouse sampler at Sloan's New York Grill in Oneonta, NY, with Dad, Jan, and Steve. And a salad, roll, and 2 Sunrise IPA.



I vacuum sealed and froze the leftovers.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
