What I ate: September 7, 2019

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

And, later, 1.4 oz. roast beef. This is what was left over after I divided the beef yesterday.

Lunch: Corn and spiedie beef (2.8 oz.).

Snack: Late July crackers and Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese.

Dinner: Salmon BLT at Highway 7 Bar and Grill in Bainbridge, NY, with Jan, Steve, and Dad. I ate half of it and brought the other half home. And 2 Switchback Ales.

Weight at beginning of the day: 130.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
