What I ate: October 31, 2019


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 1.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers (half of the package).

Lunch: Chicken kimchi soup.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix. And, later, 0.6 oz. of Tillamook no added sugar black pepper beef jerky. It's really good!

Diced, vacuum sealed and froze the pork I cooked in the sous vide yesterday. (It was refrigerated overnight.)


Vacuum marinated 1 lb. of beef in spiedie marinade.


Froze, then vacuum sealed the rest of the quiche Lorraine from Monday.


Dinner: A side salad with green leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing.


A slice of Gavin's cheese pizza with added pepperoni (previously frozen), and a glass of Bota Box malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 132.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
