Started a batch of hot pepper vodka infusion.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Had a few of the crispy pork trimmings.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Stacy's jalapeƱo pita chips and 1.0 oz. Sabra supremely spicy hummus.

Made a roast beef and gravy. 3x sliced for dinner (4.0 oz. each), 3x gravy (4.0 oz.), 3x diced for stir-fry (2.3 oz.)

Dinner: Tuna sashimi, rice, and daikon. And cold sake.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
