What I ate: December 21, 2019

Breakfast: Low-carb sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. While disassembling it to reheat, a broke the orange processed cheese slice and substituted Cabot extra sharp Vermont cheddar, and it's way better with the cheddar!

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Lunch: Fish sandwich and onion rings (80 grams). And a Switchback Ale.

Snack: Crackers and Cabot everything bagel cheddar. And a half glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Ham dinner at the lake with Dad, Jan, Steve, and Bun.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.0 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
