What I ate: May 16, 2020

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.


Snack: Peanuts and beef jerky.


Snack: Kind peanut butter and dark chocolate mini.


Lunch: Veggie chicken patty sandwich and sweet potato fries (90 grams). And a Lagunitas IPA.


Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.


Dinner: Spaghetti with Italian sausage. With 1.8 oz. spaghetti and 4.5 oz. marinara. And a glass of Visconti Della Rocca Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva 2012.


Weight at beginning of the day: 135.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.0 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
