Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary. And, later, a Kind dark chocolate, nuts, and sea salt mini.

Vacuum sealed and froze the fried chicken I got at the grocery store yesterday. I'll reheat it in the sous vide and then crisp it in the deep fryer.

Miso marinated some pork for Miso marinated pork.

Cooked the rest of the pork in the sous vide for stir-fry meat.

Snack: Some pork cracklings from trimming the pork roast.

Dinner: Rest of the Jägerschnitzel from Bavaria Restaurant in Sidney, NY. And a glass of Riesling. I separated all of the parts before refrigerating and reheated separately. I reheated the Jägerschnitzel by itself, without the mushrooms or gravy, so it got nice and crispy again.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.8 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
