Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, habanero chickpeas, dry roasted edamame, and 3 seaweed sesame crisps.

Lunch: Morningstar Spicy black bean veggie burger. And Kettle Chips hot jalapeño chips.


Snack: Peanuts and trail mix.


Weight at beginning of the day: 135.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.2 lbs.
