What I ate: June 27, 2020


Snack: Peanuts and beef jerky. And, later, a Kind peanut butter and dark chocolate mini.


Lunch: Morningstar Spicy black bean veggie burger. With Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips and a Southern Tier IPA. And some more chips from the bottom of the bag.


Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.


Dinner: Fried rice (new post). This is more or less Mom's recipe, which I apparently never wrote down before. And a glass of Riesling.


Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
