What I ate: June 6, 2020

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Snack: Habanero chickpeas, dry roasted edamame, and 3 seaweed sesame crisps.

And, later, a Kind peanut butter and dark chocolate mini.


Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips and a Lagunitas IPA.

Snack: A few cashews.


Dinner: Broccoli in garlic sauce and Hunan pork from China 19 in Oneonta, NY. I can't remember the last time I had Chinese takeout! And a glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc. And a little more.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.0 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
